Metallica


Metallica is a band that appeared in the early 1980s underground scene that grew into a huge mainstream rock band. With album sales reaching 57 million units in the U.S. and 35 million units outside the U.S., they were ranked 18th as one of the biggest album sellers artists listed in the Recording Industry Association of America.

Metallica was formed in California in 1981 by drummer Lars Ulrich and guitarist / vocalist James Hetfield. bassist Ron then joined McGovny and dinyusuli Dave Mustaine.
